Hello my name is Renée Tremblay! The passion of real estate staging, construction and interior design has long been in my blood. Starting with my great grandfather being a pioneer of new home models constructed right here in Windsor-Essex county and to my grandparents who made many moves throughout their lives after fixing and flipping properties, then to my mother who was always rearranging furniture to create new beautiful fresh spaces. Now I carry the legacy by applying the rich knowledge I have gained from my family by creating property specific staging designs that help showcase properties to its fullest ability. I’ve spent the majority of my adult life working in Marketing, Graphic Design, Art, Home Renovations, House-Flipping and Interior Design. I am forever changing my rooms around and have an incredible obsession for before and after transformations. Decor and home staging is a natural professional transition for me as it allows me to marry many of my favourite things- homes, design, transformations and shopping of course!

We have spent some time restructuring our pricing. Previously we started with a “Standard 2 bedroom home stage” price and build off of that.
We often have times where a client only wants accessorizing done with their existing furniture, or they may just want a couple rooms done. In these cases my standard price just doesn’t fit for them as a jumping off point. On the other spectrum we have clients with rooms so large that they need multi-zones and then charging for each “room within a room” becomes astronomical. We needed to come up with a solution so have created a new pricing structure for individual rooms with a formula to accommodate those multi zones.
Now my clients are able to build their own package from the pricelist to accommodate their budget.
If you’re like me then you value the “give it to me straight” approach. Our new price per room method eliminates the guess work so you know exactly what the total will be.
This by no means replaces a consultation. We realize that every property is unique and consultations can help you visualize the end product and we are able to guide you in the direction of what should stay and go. An accurate estimate will be sent and must be accepted prior to the stage day.

**Prices include 30 days of stage time. Extensions are charged at an additional $500 per week.
